The 30 Bedford Square campus is shared by Vogue College of Fashion and Sotheby’s Institute of Art.  Occasionally contact information for personnel will reflect an email address from one of the school’s sharing the space.

Can I book a Blue Badge parking space?

There are no Blue Badge parking spaces around Bedford Square but we have a parking space outside 30 Bedford Square which can be booked in advance by contacting the Senior Facilities Manager, Dan Edwards: d.edwards@sothebysinstitute.com.

Arriving at 30 Bedford Square

Entrances

The entrance at 30 Bedford Square is not wheelchair accessible or step-free (there are 3 unmarked steps to the entrance). However, we do have access to a ramp which can be prepared by contacting the Facilities team: facilities@sothebysinstitute.com in advance of your visit.

Assistance Dogs

We welcome suitably trained assistance dogs. They must be under your control during your visit. They must remain on a lead and wear a relevant tabard or harness during all times of your visit.

Please contact the Senior Facilities Manager, Dan Edwards: d.edwards@sothebysinstitute.com in advance of your visit so we can plan accordingly.

Dog owners should bring their Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK), Assistance Dogs International (ADI) or the International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF) identification book.

If your assistance dog is not registered with ADI, ADUK or IGDF, we reserve the right to deny entry to your dog if it does not appear to have been appropriately trained.

Can I bring an assistance animal that isn’t a dog?

30 Bedford Square is a historic building and is Grade II listed. There is no lift or step-free access within the building.
Stairs and walkways are signposted throughout the building.

There are 13 toilets around the building which are not step-free.

There are seats and tables located in the cafeteria area on the ground floor.

There is a water machine located in the cafeteria area on the ground floor.
