You will learn from industry professionals who will support you as you develop your entrepreneurial traits. The programme emphasises practical learning, with modules covering brand strategy, market research, digital innovation, financial planning and sustainable business practices.

Structure

This one-year programme is structured over four 10-week terms at RQF level 7. It combines academic study with industry-focused skills, preparing you for a career in the fashion media, fashion business, and luxury lifestyle industries.

The programme is tailored for those passionate about entrepreneurship within the fashion and creative sectors. Modules include:

Brand Communication & Marketing Strategy

This module explores contemporary communication methods in the fashion and creative industries. You will analyse successful communication strategies and examine the formats, technologies, and themes brands use to engage their markets. The module also offers opportunities to develop visual communication and software skills essential for effective brand communication.

Creative Entrepreneurship

This module introduces the world of entrepreneurship, focusing on the key challenges and opportunities in fashion and creative industries. You’ll explore various entrepreneurial business models and evaluate strategies used by successful entrepreneurs. The module also encourages self-reflection to help you identify and develop your own entrepreneurial traits and skills.

Critical Research: Understanding Audiences

This module provides an overview of research methods essential for gaining audience insights. You’ll learn about research philosophy, ethics, and both primary and secondary research methods. The focus is on analysing, evaluating, and applying research findings in media contexts, linking theory to practise.

Business & Financial Modelling for Creative Industries

This module guides you in developing a business plan to attract investment and support the launch of a new venture. The planning done here will serve as a foundation for your final entrepreneurship project, where you’ll further develop your concept for a successful launch.

Final Master’s Project

In this module, you will create a practical outcome aligned with your career goals and programme specialism. This could include a portfolio piece, a live or simulated industry project, or an entrepreneurial venture. A written thesis will accompany your project, connecting academic theory, research, and industry practice. The goal is to consolidate your learning and develop a research proposal that reflects your interests and expertise.

Accrediting Body & Award Structure

This programme holds international recognition as a degree qualification accredited and conferred by The University of Buckingham. It is structured as four 10-week terms spread across one academic year at RQF level 7. The programme combines academic rigour and industry engagement with practical and professional skills, drawing on the expertise of Vogue’s wide network of industry professionals.

Credits

The degree carries a value of 180 credits within the UK’s Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) at level 7, equivalent to 90 European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits.

This programme contains modules, experiences and opportunities designed to equip you with the essential skills, knowledge and practice crucial for a successful fashion career, from personal development to professional working practice.

Within the course content, there will be many career and professional development elements and activities available to you, including:

Tuition fees may increase annually in response to market conditions.

Deposit Payment & Instalment Options

To secure your place on the course, a deposit of £3,000.00 is required within 14 days of receiving your offer. Please note, the deposit option is unavailable for bookings made within six weeks of the course start date where full course fees are required.

Students have the option to pay the tuition fee in instalments over the duration of the course. International students are required to pay the first instalment of the course fee in full and in advance to obtain the CAS number necessary for Student Visa purposes.

Student Loans, Scholarships, & Bursaries

Students studying at Vogue College of Fashion are currently ineligible for student loans.
