Modules

Communication
Master the key skills for clear and effective communication with clients and vendors. Learn how to understand client needs, set expectations, and deliver their vision. You’ll also cover strategies for managing vendor relationships and resolving any issues that arise to ensure the planning process and the event run smoothly.
Business
Develop a solid foundation in business, covering entrepreneurship, financial planning, and market analysis. This module provides the tools to create a business model, write a business plan, and understand market trends for long-term success in the wedding and event planning industry.
Conceptual Design
Learn to translate client ideas into creative, unique concepts. This module covers the creative process, from brainstorming to presenting final designs. You’ll explore trend forecasting, mood board development, and storytelling to create personalised and innovative wedding experiences.
Planning
Acquire essential skills for time management, problem-solving, and supplier coordination to ensure flawless event execution. This module focuses on logistics, project management, and scheduling, equipping you to anticipate challenges and develop detailed plans for seamless weddings.
Counselling
Gain insights into the advisory role of a wedding planner. This module covers offering guidance on etiquette, managing emotions, and delivering exceptional client care. You’ll learn how to build strong client relationships, handle conflicts, and provide the support necessary for a successful event.
Workshops
Put theory into practice through hands-on workshops tailored to wedding planning. Participate in practical sessions that focus on floral design, venue decor, and event coordination, refining your skills and preparing you for real-world wedding planning scenarios.

Class Days & Times
8 weekends:
Fridays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
*Some activities may extend beyond this schedule; the final timetable will be provided one week before the start of the course.
Accreditation
Accrediting Body & Award Structure
This programme is awarded by Vogue College of Fashion and is spread across eight weekends. The programme offers a unique blend, combining academic rigour and industry engagement with practical and professional skills, drawing on the expertise of Vogue’s wide network of industry professionals.
Credits
The programme does not carry any European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits.
Internships
In this Diploma, internships are not part of the academic program.
Due to legal requirements in Spain, the duration of the program, and the fact that internships are not a mandatory subject to complete the Diploma, Vogue College of Fashion cannot offer or guarantee internships, as these depend on the market at that time and each student’s individual circumstances.
We can process the necessary internship agreement and annex for any student who independently secures an internship, as long as the internship aligns with the themes of the Diploma and fits with the class schedule, as both must be compatible.
Of course, if, exceptionally, a company in the industry shares an internship vacancy with us that meets the Diploma requirements, we will post it so all students can apply, and the company will select a candidate based on their profile.
In any of the aforementioned cases, it is essential that the student has their Social Security Number from the start of the course.

Tuition fees may increase annually in response to market conditions.
Deposit Payment & Instalment Options
To secure your place in the course, a reservation fee of €350.00 is required within the next 48 hours of receiving your admission. The amount of the place reservation will be deducted from the total price of the course.
The course must have been paid in full before its start date.
A refund of the place reservation rights may only be requested in the event of impossibility of attendance due to a justified serious illness or other unexpected reason of comparable severity, as well as due to force majeure.
Students do not have the option to pay the tuition fee in instalments over the duration of the course. However, in some cases, instalments may be allowed before the course starts.
Student Loans, Scholarships, & Bursaries
Please be aware that students studying at Vogue College of Fashion are currently ineligible for student loans. Students are welcome to explore other third-party methods or schemes of financing.
